HELP! Thrips in day 21 of flower!

About a week ago I noticed a couple yellow bugs (very very small) crawling around on the fan leafs....... A week later they are everywhere on the fan leafs and even making pistils turn brown/burnt looking! I am in day 21 of flower...... I’ve read you can use Neem oil/insecticidal soap however it is almost 2 hours to town. Is there anything that is natural I can use to get rid of them? Please help!
Also read I could use a couple drops of dish soap with baking soda and water and foliar spray(has anyone done this?)

2 green crack
3 bag seed that is been monster cropped
T-5 4ft 8bulb lighting
Happyfrog/ocean forest blend soil
6.0-6.5 Ph level going in and coming out
75 degree room temp

thrips wont make your pistils change color. but you do have them. i've always used captain jacks dead bug for them and it works great. biological control. if you don't want to spray, you could make a bath and dip the most affected leaves in it to kill the vast majority of the thrips.

What might cause brown pistiles?

at that stage of the grow it's hard to tell really. seems like your environmental conditions are in check so i would rule out those to start.

do you apply any kind of foliars at all?

Just straight water for foliar every morning

stop and see if it stops. change one thing at a time, and a water mist would be the first place i'd start. besides, it's entirely unnecessary. the plant is capable of pulling all the water it needs from the medium. and late in flower, misting would be counterproductive and possible induce mold formation inside buds. dry leaf surfaces are a growers best friend.

often we feel the need to do as much as we can for the plant... but the plant literally doesn't need us at all except to keep the environment in check indoors. that's why i grow in organic living soil. the soil has everything it needs to grow a plant. the biological life in the soil communicate with the plant and vice versa... they do all the work. all i do is add plain water, the plant does not need me for anything else, it is capable of doing it all on its own.

Ok thank you I’ll try that however do you have any thoughts on a natural or homemade thrip killer? (The closest store is 2 hours away)
