Help! The ugly's

High All, I have a case of "the ugly's" this morning, please help if you can. looking at the outdoor ladies this morning and noticed on 1 of the girls and on just 1 of her fan leaves, a bunch of either, A: a bunch of little bugs of some sort? all joined up at the same place on the leaf, "maybe a party or something" or B: a bunch of eggs of some sort? just in the process of hatching, because I noticed some movement of the "little bastards"

below is a few pics, I have been treating the "summer girls" with a few different solutions for bugs and such! sm-90, neems oil, sns-217 and spinosad! I'm hitting these girls once a week with 1 of the solutions mentioned above, trying to keep the "little bastards" confused!!

I have looked very carefully at the rest of her and the 2 other girls and don't see any other signs of the "little bastards" in question! any help would be appreciated!!! thank you.:-|

Look like apple snail eggs, thats my best guess but what do I know.
Also looks like a rhinestone cowboy got into your patch and left his signature behind.
