help: struggling clones

My young clones are struggling to grow. I screwed up in their handling. I had a number of clones meant for SOG. I decided to use six of these clones as mums. Unfortunately, I kept them under weak and uneven CFLs for 10 days. I transferred all my clones, mums included, into flood and drain tables under at 24hr 1000w hps. My original intent was to set the clones to immediate flower so after a few days, I removed six of the mums and transferred them into a DWC system under 24hr T-5 fluoros. The mums have been under the fluoros for about a week and have shown absolutely no new growth and the lower leaves are failing. I was wondering if this is a result of shock, and if they have a chance at recovery. Is there anyway to assist in their recovery? Another issue is that they were fed flowering nutes in the flood and drain, and transferred to veg nutes in the dwc. they also went from aeration cocoa fiber in the flood and drain to hydrotons in the dwc... Any help would be appreciated

well i got them from an outside source, but they were healthy....they were under weak and and uneven cfls for 10 days...they then spent 3 days in cocoa fiber, and now theyve been in hyrdrotons for about seven days. the roots were healthy when they were transferred from cocoa fiber to hydroton, and now cannot be seen inside their hydroton bed.
