HElP SOS, no idea what's hurting my plants !!!!

Hello ! I had to through out my last grow because of severely slow growth and weird deficienies, I tried to fix it with everything I thought was wrong nothing worked , so I started over , bombed the room cleaned the hell out of it in case it was a bug problem I couldn't see even though I inspected with jewlers loop , I did find thrips , Got everything that was recommended I don't see them any more. So now I have new seedlings we're going great ... started to slow growth again and same thing happened ... please help I'll post pictures

I'm using 920 watts of true power of leds and 400 w mh in my 6.4 x 3 foot room

I also just transplant cause I thought maybe they were getting root bounds maybe might explain the little bit of droopyness in some plants but maybe there stressing !! I'm stuck
 
Try watering with SM90. 2ml gallon. 3ml for bigger plants.

ATAK RTU is also good to have on hand along with SM90.

You are correct they are Thrips and they like to jump pots.
 
You can still get fungas knats in hydroponics and Thrips or even mites, although the chances are allot less at least with Thrips.

You probably got them by bringing other plants in the house or you have a garden outside I take it?

I wouldn't worry too much about Thrips they are easy to get rid of. Mites on the other hand are well ... Yeah a pain in ass.
 
Nope ! No outdoor garden or other plants in the house ... I do have a cat and dog tho they ohhh be bringing stuff in ! Do those plants still look savaableb? And can I put soil grown seedlings in hydro ?? Wash off the roots ??
