My 2 week old seedling is growing along the soil but faced up! Do I need to fix it or leave it to do its own thing?

Re-pot it deeper so the first node is just above the soil

It should be fine providing you dont break up the rootball, just re-pot it so the first node is about 1" above the soil

LOL! Never seen that before.
I agree with g00seEgg, if you didn't have a fan on it, it will remain flimsy.
If you've got room in the top of the pot, you could add some soil to the top to give it support, instead of re-potting it. Good luck!
