Yes I signed that as well. but that poor puppy! I mean really!

Yeah, seriously I would take him myself. My girlfriend wants a dog and I have agreed if it is a legit rescue situation we can get a dog. That is exactly the kind of dog I would adopt. Really hope this makes a difference.
