HELP! Problem with plant - yellow curled up leaves + slow growth

grow

Hi Everyone,

This is my first grow, and i am running into some problems,

My plant is about 4 weeks old, does it look very small for a 4week old plant?
also, please have a look at the leaves, is it going to be a problem? will my plant survive?
After seeing the pics, if anyone has general advice for me, they are most welcomed and will help me a lot.
- Worried about the plant, and have kept one more seed to germinate.
(plant is getting about a 100W of CFL)

Hahahaha yeah, you're gonna need to start over. That's pretty much pure red clay you're growin in there buddy... You pick that soil up off a construction site or something? Weird, the only place I've seen such fine orange dust is on the surface of mars! Where'd you get it??? Maybe its not clay based and just super rich in oxidized iron? Either way your gonna need to start over in some proper organic matter based soil.

Is not cocoa you guys :( , got it from the local shop here in India.
Do you think if i re-pot it with better soil it will be ok?

Guess I will have to start over :(.
Feel stupid now... Indian soil is different he said, very rich in nutrients he said...
is there anyway to save my plant? i may take maybe 2 days to re-pot it, it is hard to find "branded" soil around here.
Is it the soil for sure? can no good soil look like this?
maybe it looks like that because i watered it at that time?

Thank you thump easy.
so the plant still has chance? do you think all this stress will make it a hermie or male later on?
Do you think my plant is small for a 4-week old plant?

Looks like it needs food. I wouldn't feed it anything, I would re pot with some proper soil witch should contain some nutrients and see how it goes, I don't think is overly small, but could be better.
