hi, i have three plants growing inside right now. they are about a month old and about 10-11 inches tall..anywayz i live in florida so we dont really get winters and i was wondering....will it be okay if transplant them outdoors like today....i cant keep them inside anymore..only problem is that we are having a cold front right now from canada or w/e so its averaging in the high sixties low seventies during the day and forties at night...will that be too cold and put them in shock??:wall:

Pot will survive that, though with those colder temps you may see purpling of the leaves and whatnot.

Pot can handle near-frezzing to about 100F temps. We don't call it weed for nothing. It can damn-near die and suddenly just spring back.

Just make sure to put a stick in the pot and do some clear plastic wrap around the pot. Make it like a greenhouse. It'll help keep in heat. Open it up two or three times a day for air refreshing, you're set to go.

Will the lengthening days not disrupt the natural flowering of the plant and withing 4 weeks time will it not revert back to a vegatative state?

Well, it is obvious that he has not put them into flowering yet. Odds are if he can't keep them indoors any longer he's going to be stuck leaving them outdoors. All I can suggest from there is make a light-proof tent for them if he wishes to control the photoperiod.

That's what I was thinking. I am in Canada, so I have no clue what the light paterns are like down there. If the days get gradually longer for him, will he get buds, or will the plant revert back to vegging. If so, in the fall, will it regrow some buds for him? I am just really curious as to what may happen here, quite interesting.

Well, after you get so far into flowering, around 7 or so weeks, going back to a vegging light cycle isn't going to do much, as the flowering hormone has built up so much that it will carry the plant through the rest of flowering. From there, hell I'd just clip off the buds and let the plant reveg into a mother, which is what I might do with this one plant I have right now.
