I'm having a problem with my ak-47, it's about 43 days into flowering, under a 600watt hps and catching some of a 400watt hps, it's in 5gal. Coco and perlite 70:30, been feeding her botinacare cns17 blooms feeding instructions by 90% and hydroplex bloom enhancer, bloom is 2-2-3 and hydroplex is 0-10-6, she only gets about 3mls of the hydroplex then PHed to 6.5. The leaves are starting to burn it looks like but on one side, so does this look like light burn, nute burn, co2 burn, or what? Just started a couple days ago but today it's getting worse. The last pic is a side by side with my pure soil grow, same strain only quarter strength nutes though. Any help is well appreciated.

My ak looks like hell at the end also. A little yellowing is normal at the later stages. calmag might help you. Also you probably can come down on the ph a bit try 6.3. adjust after adding everything because the calmag might drop it a little more

Cool, I was kinda thinking that it might need some cal/mag, I haven't giving any yet, I was trying to only use the bloom and bloom enhancer but I do run RO water so it makes sense it might be craving that. I need to start flushing them out a bit so probably do it on the next watering and thats it, they have about two weeks left so I hope the sugar leaves don't start that crap.

Have you ever grown this plant before?

Sorry for the respond time.. yes, I have grown ak47 before but, I have never done them in coco/perlite-70/30, the buds look so much froistier,( is that a word) more fat, tight buds, that pic of the side by side are both ak and they look alot different, the other is in pure soil, ocean forest from fox farm, and even though the soil one looks good, doest compare to the coco, I was told it's similar to hydro and the results are, will be growing in same coco/perlite mix on next grow. How do you grow your ak47s?

Good results in cow manure. I mix my own soil. With your setup you will need calmag and from what I think I remember about the coco and perlite medium Ph was best adjusted at 6.3 every time I got higher 6.5 hings sort of fell apart. With the home made soil I do now I dont need to ph anything just water from the tap. Go to the organics section and look at the water only thread. You might be surprised. I dont have a good picture of the ak but its in the cage.
