Hey I'm new to growing and I have my seeds germinating in the water cup method where u leave them to they sink but once they sink what should I do please help and I know there is probably a thread for this and if there is I am sorry for repeating but please help

Once they sink, they are wet, plant them. I use the paper towel + jar method myself, I plant when the ends have a "white head", before they shoot out a tap, if I catch them before that at least.

I put mine just barely under the soil "white head down" (beginning of taproot beginning to come out) and I spray the area they are in every couple hours with plain water.

You can go ahead and plant them, about a centimeter or even less is fine, just keep the area moist without making it compact itself, and they should pop out in no time if all goes as it should =)

Mine hasn't had the white head yet I dunno if I'm doing it wrong

Prolly doing it right, mine are done in the towel, yours prolly will show after planting. You can put them all into a wetted paper towel and close them in a jar and set them on or close to a heat source and check every few hours at this point, you should see them soon =)

I just Checked and a few of the seeds have the white head and I'm planning on doing this out doors so should I wait to put them out side or should I just go and plant them in the out door soil now

Well it is usually well advised to start most plants indoors...they are susceptible to any and everything once they are outside...
