help please

alright well lets start this off im using mircale grow potting soil wich i heard it wasent very good tell me if this is true or not my plant is getting its 2nd leaves i give it about 10hrs of light aday i neglect it a little bit but at this point shes drooping over alout and im worried about her she just got her 2nd leaves today and the steam is bending over in a U on the side if you could help it would be apperciated

To start off you shouldve had your plant under 24 hour light for the first week or two of growth. Also when your growing indoors you need to make sure you have enough ventalation in the room (a small fan on rotate works). If i were you i would take something and stick it into the soil then tie the plant to it to stand it up. Also what do you have for lights?

i have 75 watt cmpact floro light and 25 watt compact floro and i will tie it down now i also have a big fan probly 20 feet away thats ventlateing.
