help please!!!

I hope someone can help me out here. I am growing 2 super silver haze and 1 b 52. They are about a lil over a month old. I can't post picks cuz my phone won't let me. They are in fox farm ocean forest soil. My water ph is 6.3 my soil ph is 6.8. Everything was going great untill about 3days ago. All of the sudden the top leaves (new growth) all started curling downward some have come to complete circles. Any ideas anyone? Any help is much appreciatted!!

Oh well I'm using cfls I have a big 200w cfl at 6400k and 2 smaller lights they are 46w I believe and one 24inch ottlite and another 24 inch grow light by phillips. But the lights were close untill yesterday. Now the light is surrounding them but not too close. I just hope that's it cause they r big and I want to flower soon. But I want them to get back to right first. So if more info is needed tell me what else is needed and I will post it as soon as I see it. Thanks
