I'm on my first grow and out of 5 plants, this plant seems to have some weird spotting. I can't figure out whats going on here and it doesn't seem to fit any of the maladies that I have researched. The plant seems healthy otherwise. It has only had 1 diluted dose of 20/20/20 nutes, soil ph is at 6.7, the soil is Scotts premium potting mix with some extra perlite thrown in. The plant was topped 1 week ago. It gets sufficient waterings and sits with 4 other plants under 9 24watt cfls of mixed K and 2 68watt 2700K cfls. I hope someone can enlighten me so i can give this baby what it needs before her condition deteriorates. Please help! :bigjoint:

Well it's only had 1 diluted dose of nutes since birth. I thought thats what may have happened but the spots seem to be getting worse and spreading to other parts of the plant. I've checked the ph several times and come up with an excellent reading on that....have been giving it only ph neutral water for last several waterings. I'm careful to wash my hands before touching the plants....I'm at a loss. I may just go ahead and leach her tomorrow if spots look any worse.

The spots in the pics dont look too bad... could just be a little dry in your room for young plants. Should'nt be a problem by week 3 or so ( I'm guessing the plants transplanted @ 2 weeks ago). Could be a Magnesium/Calcium defency, what soil and nutrients are you using?
