HELP please, pretty please

My seedlings opened up and two leaves that came out first are all green and crinkled like the leaf is supposed to look. Now that the other two leaves in opposite direction opened up and they are smooth and don't look like the other two leaves. Is this normal? I've never seen a baby seedling before.
