HELP PLEASE.....Larvae looking bugs.......

Noticed very tiny larvae looking bugs...some on top of leaves...some on bottom....very hard to spot....only seen like 3 and I looked everywhere.....I have a tiny bit of fungus gnats in the room that I fight with.....the larvae on leaves looked alot like fungus gnat larvae.....I found only 1 today and thing moved surprisingly quick for larvae I though.....hard to discern what I got.....leafminer larvae? fungus gnat larvae? thrip larvae?....larvae is very very small almost translucent...fully capable of traveling.....damage is little holes in leaves....or straight line scratches.....I don't know what I'm dealing with...please help.

These don't look like mites....they look larvae-like...mini translucent worm-like.....look more like fungus gnat larvae on leaves.

So these things are so small you can barely see them.....smaller than a grain of sand....do they sound like Thrips?
