I can tell you what makes a complete circuit. If I could se where the wires are I might be able to help you. I don't see anything worthwhile in the pictures you have. You can get new vanity light bars up to three feet long with six socket already attached and directions on how to wire them at Menards for less than $20.00. Are you going to use these to set up lights like GK did in his book? VV

I ill get the back off and get back to you... I dont know who GK is but i just want to be able to plug them in to a socket and i was going to use it for side lighting and such....

The black and white wires are connected to the light sockets and the green is connected to the vanity....

White to white and black to black., greed to the ground. As long as all the white go to one wire on your extension cord and the black to the other it will work. Worst case scenario your poles will be reversed and the tip of the bulb socket will be neutral and the outer threaded part will be hot and it won’t hurt anything. If you are wiring it to a 3 prong plug it will have a ground if not don’t worry about it. If it lights up you didn’t make a mistake if I sparks and goes pop start over.
