help plants drooping

I was hoping someone could look at my pics and help, i woke up this morning to find a couple of my plants slumping when the leaves normally are perky if you guys can look at pics and help your feedback is appreciated

Immmm a hydroooo person , but I'm going to say overwatering , get another opinion to make sure tho

Could this be possible if my light is too close to canopy of plants? because i did just lower my lights 2 inches yesterday.
