Help plants been droopy ever since light change

So my plants are 50 days old and I’m ashamed to admit this but I messed up the light and put them on a 12/12 schedule and they are flowering already, not the biggest plants but I had been using some just basic light and I switched to two bloom plus bp1000’s which says it puts out 2.7umol/j
I just don’t know what’s wrong with them, I thought it may be overwatering but I haven’t watered them in 2+ days and they are still drooping, the bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow and die. Please help.

I would switch them back to veg and give them a little water at a time. Since you haven't fed them lift the pot up to get an idea of how much the pot weights when it's not watered and lift it up when it's watered. The link below should give you some ideas. Another thing you can check if you move the soil around about an inch or 2 and it's damp you don't need to water you can just mist them. Try not to disturb the roots.

I'm not an expert on led's but I've seen some droopy plants if I have the light turned up too far or light too close if the plants are not used to the different spectrums or intensity of the lighting. There are a lot of other varying conditions that will affect the "droop" too.

This looks like severe overwatering might have caused root rot...if it was bad enough, they won't recover. Since you also changed the light at the same time, I'd revert to the old light and see if they recover.
