Help needed in identifying white worms on leaves

The picture are white/milky worm wrigglers.

I have some fliers too, I'm not sure if the fliers and the worm are the same pest at different stage. They hang around at the top of coco, when I give it a tug on the pot, they fly. Not a lot but I figure if I can see it, then the problem is pretty severe.

I will get the sticky yellow tags and try to identify the fliers.

The thirp is gone now, I sprayed with plant therapy for a few days in a row.

Another problem, this time at the roots. The picture is the frabic pots (coco medium) with roots sticking out. These bugs attached themselves to the roots. I can only assume there are lots more inside the pot, I drenched the pot in azamax, 4ml a gallon, will check tomorrow to see if they are still around.

I think it's from the clones that I got from dispensary. I haven't had this much pest problem in the past.

I tried searching online for it, I haven't had much luck finding out what they are.

And info is much appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure what they are. The azamax seems to have taken care of it. Let's see if they creep back out in a few days
