help needed in deciding which led to use

Hey guys I'm new and this will be my first grow ill be using a 1m x 1m x 2m tent with a 5 inch ruck fan and filter, I need help with which light to use I want to use led because ill be paying the electric but I can't spend much on a light so I guess I'm asking what watt led light should I use for my tent size? I was thinking of getting a 90w UFO red spectrum to use while flowering aswell as main light

no man get this light . It says only ships within US I'm in the UK. How come you've used it for veg but not while flowering?
