looks like underwatering is the issue. When leaf edges curl like that it is a sign that the plant is struggling to maintain moisture. I would suggest getting a decent moisture meter as well. As for nutes, that soil looks good, what is it? The amount of nutes in the soil will determine when added nutes are needed. Also they look like tey are just about ready to transplant and of course that will give them a whole new batch of nutes as well. I don't see anything that seems to indicate nute issues though. Hope that helps.

Personally, I only transplant 1 time per grow. I start in 4" pots and then when I see root tips in the drain holes, they go into 3 gallon bags. I use 3 gallons due to height restrictions. A good rule of thumb is to have 1 gal of soil for every foot you want them to be at harvest. Not really sure as I have never grown in any medium but FF Happy Frog. But, I am guessing compost weighs more than soil and perlite. I don't really want to advise on when or how much water too add. Because again I have never used that medium. Here is a thought though...fill an empty container the same size with fresh medium and see how much that weighs by hand or by scale. This will give you approximate dry weight. Add the amount of water you usually give and then do another pot the same way with no water and compare. The meter will help you alot.

too much water maybe or no fan cooling them down, if it was a nute problem they will usually go yellow or get yellow dots

HMMM, they are indeed looking worse. I agree with Kevin about repotting. I think they are maybe suffering from root suffocation. There dos not seem to be enough perlite in your medium. And the compost is binding them and not allowing them to breathe. Add some perlite like 3:1 ratio. This will help to aerrate the soil and also retain moisture in the root ball. I know you are being inundated with advice. But, in looking at the view in your pic, that is what I am seeing. Also would explain the underwatering I mentioned originally. You may be watering enough but with no breathing space for the roots to drink it in, the water is not getting to the leaves.
