Help need to know!

hey im new to growing and im greming 4 seeds (check my grow journal)
and i placed one directly into soil i only have 13w cfls with 2700k they give off 800 i believe and i am wondering i have a grow space with a depth of 15" and a hight of 16.1" and a width of 5.9" how many do i need for each seed? i have the seed i put directly into the soil with only one 13w 2700k cfl approx. 3" above the soil and i use a windex bottle i cleand to spray water on it the soil is kind of clayie and i can spray the water to reach the bottom of the cup wit the drainage holes becuz when i spray or just give the seed water(2 times once when i plantd it and today) the soil goes lower and the seed is revailed so i spray the water on the soil until i see approx. 1.5" of the soil from top going to the bottom is wet(im using clear see, threw party cups) and the water just pretty much stops unless i add more water to it, is this a bad problem? is the seed not going to grow with only 1 13wcfl? i AM going to be growing 5 seeds at a time once the others crack open and i am going to add approx. 4-5 more 13w cfls one over each will this work? i will increase the wattage and bulbs in approx. a month if i have money i am unemployed and have no car and i am doing a mini stealth grow please help me!

a plant with grow w a 13 w shit i had one of my seedlings i forgot about get like 4 inches tall w/o light but it only had the first set of leaves and was white! but iur watering 2 much i only water my seedlings once before they hatch and once like 3 days after then i wait till it sarts to get really dry! throw that windex bottle out and go to the dollar store and buy a UNUSED spray bottle! i know u can find a dollar! also get non see thru party cups youll end up growing mold on your roots! also in a 16 oz party cup all u need is like a 1/4 cup of water! also if u can seed the seed when u water it its gonna die! get some new cups and plant the seed in the dirt about 1in down then cover it! after u watered it!

THANKS! that helps me alot i had 16oz party cups but i lost them in my last grow (i got pissed off and threw them at my neighboor) i will try ad buy some and i will not water for 3 days from now on and 1/4 cups? ok i usally only sprayd it like 3-4 times and it gets about a inch deep then stops i think my soil is what is not leting it grow, ill put black tape around the clear party cups until i get some of the red 16oz ones and ill do what u said water then place the seed in (for my next 4 seeds germing) but if i have 4-5 13w cfls would that be able to grow 4-5 plants at one time if i had them all running? the grow space is pretty small so i think it should work also my parents(yes i live with my parents, BUT i AM 19 years old and i am unemployed thats why and i wont be moving until next summer if i dont get a job) but anyways thanks for the comments ill be putting ur words in my grow journal for every one to see and make comments on thanks for the advice and comment REP+
