HELP need grow house legal info

If a grow house is discovered by police lets say from "plain sight" after already being in the house, and only one person is arrested out of 3 living there all without anyone admitting anything, doesn't that mean that person couldn't argue they weren't his plants? Would it be possible for police to go back and arrest everyone else later on?

so then if that happens and the lawyer doesn't seem to think it is important or say anything about other people living there, should he get a new lawyer?

i also wouldnt want anyone else to get in trouble but they wernt arrested
