help my short rider went to tinny rider

hi guys this is the first time i grow imported seeds. the problem of my short rider doesnt wanna grow the picture that will be posted is 3 weeks and 2 weeks old. im kinda getting frustrated already. i dont know whats problem with this plant.is it the tropical weather???? btw i live in ph

I got the same batch of seeds, my problem is non have auto flowered and they sprouted late april. There big though.

damn that sucks guys

did u saw the photo that i uploaded??? look at mine it didnt grow its been 2 inches and its 3 weeks old and the other one is only like half inch...
