This look alot like root rot there are a few things you can depending on your budget.
Also are you using any sugar products? Molasses etc?
Also are you using an air stone in your res?

1.You can give them an H2o2 bath and see if it helps.
2.this can be expensive but you could try electrolysis

yes I got an airstone maybe my pump not pushing enough air? I'm not using any sugar products. How and how long should I do the h2o2?

I would suggest you clean up the roots by holding them over the sink and spraying them directly with 3% h202 solution. Let them foam up and then spray them down with water. Be somewhat aggressive, you want to cause the dying roots to slough off. Next gently remove any mushy or discolored roots with your fingers. If they are dying they will pull off easily. Obviously you don't want to damage any healthy roots while you do this. Now you want to let them soak in a sterilizing solution for a few hours. This can be bath of strong h202, mild bleach, or a product like physan 20.

Once the root zone is sterlized, you must address what caused the problem in the first place. I personally would drop the hygrozyme, it is known to aggravate some root conditions and obviously isn't helping in your case. Any form of organic material should be kept out of the res, period. Proper res maintenance is a must. This means water temps around 68f, 1wt air pump per gallon of water, multiple air stones, and zero light reaching the water. Deviate from this at all and you strongly invite root disease.

Sometimes even though you have air stones in the res, pockets of stale water can still form, and roots in those pockets will suffocate and rot. The fact the your buckets with the sprayers are doing fine suggests that you need better circulation in the others. That may be as simple as placing your air stones differently.

Sadly sometimes perfect res conditions still aren't enough. Should this turn out to be the case for you, there are two options. You can run a sterilizing agent constantly in the res. There are many products such as Sm-90 or dutch master Zone that do a great job. H202 is another option but does interfere with some brands of nutes. Some people simply run a little bleach in their water. Your other option is to add beneficial microbes, which will displace, starve and attack the slimy stuff that kills your roots. This is best done by making an EWC tea fortified with aquashield and ZHO powder. Sounds intimidating but it's very simple. Should you find the need to go this route feel free to ask me for the method.

The fact that you are seeing new root growth is a very good sign. Good luck!

Ok I picked up some aquashield and i have oregonismxl which has the same ingredients as subculture-b. Whats the recipe for the EWC tea?

This is what I use for 2.5 gallons of water. If you need to make more or less, just us common sense. The amounts don't need to be exact.

Start with non chlorinated water and as much air as you can pump into it. I use at least two air pumps. You want the water to be almost turbulent from the bubbles. Now add about 30ml of aquashield and about half a scoop of your oregonismxl. You will be breeding this stuff into the billions so it really doesn't matter how much you start with. At this point I add 1ml of root excelurator, but thats optional. Now you need to add the EWC. Any earth worm castings will do, but the very best is called ancient forest from GH. It has something like 30,000 different bacteria and 3000 different fungi species. Diversity is the key to fighting off the slime. You will want to take an old sock, panty hose, or something similar and put about 2 handfuls of EWC in it, tie it off and drop it into the tea. Try to place it right over an air stone, or better yet, feed an air stone down into the sock itself. Now you want to add some food for the microbes and make them wake up. I use unsulphured molasses, but if you have any sort of carbo load or bud sweetener, it should work as well. About a tablespoon full. Now just bubble the tea for 48 hours. It can be effective after 24 hours, but it takes 48 to get supercharged, plus they need time to eat all the food; you don't want any food ending up in the res. Add about one cup of tea for every gallon in your res when starting out, and a cup or so every 3 days after that. The tea will keep in your fridge for 10+ days no problem. When it goes bad it will start to stink, throw it out and make more.

Obviously you can't use chlorinated water in your res. Most tap water is fine if it sits out for a day or so. Never add anything to the res to feed the microbes. Nothing organic ever. Just replace them every few days with more tea. Never do anything to kill off the microbes, such as spraying for pests and letting the pesticide drip into the water. Some people like to prime an extra res a day or so before change outs. Others like to use lava rocks or something similar in their res to give the microbes a place to live, and then use the rocks to help inoculate the new res at change out.

Hope this does the trick for you, good luck.

o.k. I need some Ancient Forest anything else u suggest thats comparable? I have some Bud Candy form Advanced will this work in the place of Molasses? Also how can i use a air-stone and refrigerate the tea or is it a certain time you aerate the tea before you put it in the refrigerator?

Ancient forest really is the best. I paid $12 and got a huge bag, def a years supply. Even has live earth worms in it.

The bud candy should work just fine for food, but I don't know how much you should add. I would do a tablespoon at first.

Yea you need to bubble the tea at room temp for 48 hours, and then throw it in the fridge.

Imma give it one more week before I make the tea its looking better plus i got new root growth. I changed my Res today and added some Aquashield and Bud Candy and my regular Foxfarm nutes first day on Beastie Bloomz too so wish me luck. BTW my plants are looking good still no signs of discoloration or Stress. AND I GOT BUDS!!
