HELP!!! My plants will be unattended for 2 weeks!

okay this is the best idea i came up with. okay you build a thing that will poke the bottle of water with a thin needle. have it set up and tied to a rope that will go off with a cellphone alarm with vibrate so that it will fall off a table and pull the rope and make the needle end slam into the bottle of water then it will begin to drip over the plant. set it like a week in. so that it gets one week without water and a week of drip water.

you call a cell phone that vibrates and falls on a catapult, that launches a ball into a hole and down a tube and into a cup, that cup is on a string that slowly lets it down until it hits the send button on another phone, this will call my friend and then he'll know to water my plants.
