Help my plants are growing slow

I dont know why my plant are growing so slow. what im doing wrong. im not over watering i think my lights were to close so i backed the lights off. my plants are 16 days old and they only have 2 full sets of leaves what can cause this my temp usualy stays aroun 72 degrees.

start feeding them nutes.....also, i have found in my experience that making sure not to over water may lead to not giving them enough water

get more light,,more light=faster growth
