So my freind has super silver haze, purple kush, and blueberry mother plants. All have pistills growing in. they have been on 18/6 hrs of light and are about 4 months now. Recently we have noticed that one of the bluberry mothers looks as if it is flowering!?!? Is it flowering or are these preflowers? Can she still be cloned off of?

depends what u mean by usefull , best use would be flower that badboy! could it hav been an auto?
whatever the case you must face reality , like a dad with a daughter entering puberty , as much as you wanna keep her in , and deny her male contact - in the end she reaches and age and does what she pleases . .

if its as early as you claim giv a clone or 2 a go , with any luck they will revert back to veg n then u can see if it happens again

So anyone got any useful info
First thought is "why are you staying in veg so long ?
clones can be taken , but they might take a little longer to set roots and begin growing , and the clones that you DO get will want to flower quickly, which is NOT necessarily a BAD thing.
If it were ME I would take a batch of clones off the lower branches and then put those mothers into 12/12 for flower.

ya just threw the flowering mom in the flower room and grabed a couple other bluberrys that have only been flowering for a week they only have minor pistols. I am going to do the revert with them because i dont want to loose this strain.

your answer is simple !

its a mature female, those pistil hairs are at budding sites. It is ready to be flowered, after 40 days the sex of a plant may be shown in the veg cycle, usually those having some sort of dark period, 20/4 or 18/6. Eventually those hairs will turn dark and die off. I usually flower the mother at that point, taking clippings off first.
