i looked at that pic again. roughly how many leaves have the brownspots on them? i only see maybe 5 or so. are there any rust spots on any new growth?

and to answer your question: you could get 3 sources for Ca; calcium nitrate (ca, N) , calcium chloride or a bottle of cal/mg (N, ca, mg)

if there are less than 10 leaves with spots, i'm gonna guess your tap water is close to how much Ca you need edit: along with the DG bottles which have 2% Ca
Thanks on letting me know about the Ca I didn't remember and didn't look (did I mention lazy)

Rkymtnman, I only ended up with about 3 leaves like that and the problem seemed to have abruptly halted thank God.

but I did sense that I may have overshot it when I added the mag-pro, so the next morning I removed some water and replaced it with PHd tap water to dilute it. Something tells me that that was a good move on my part else the situation would have been much worse. My tap water is about 170 ppm and I have a hunch your correct with what is already in my water. I’m sure a water test would be in order, but I’m about ready to grow in soil only for awhile as this hydro stuff is literally eating up all my time. I grew a few too many at once and I feel like I’m trying to chop my way out of a viet nam jungle lol

curious2garden, we’re you using foliage pro in flower? It’s my understanding that when in flower we are supposed to switch over to bloom. I’m certainly not one to give advice as I’m only on my 4th grow but I thought the foliage pro was only for veg.

there's an interesting pod cast with the owner of DG. he made the bloom formula b/c weed growers kept asking for it. the foliage pro is a start to finish nute for weed per him.
