help me... too many lights. im confused

when i started i had a 4 ft 2 tube t12, then i wasnt happy with it so i added 3 100 watt hps lamps for side light, then i added 6 more 1 tube 4 ft floro t8s then i added 5 cfl lamps, then i bought a 400 watt sun supply 2 lamp, now i dont know what to use for what, and where to put em.

i have 3 spots to use

1- is a closet 3 by 3 by 5 feet high.
2- is a set of four cabinets that are 1 by 2 by 2ft high,
3- is another closet thats 3 feet wide by 2 feet deep by 9 feet high.

how should i utilize this space. heres some pics
i tried growing by the wick method but the plant stopped growing so transplanted it to soil and tossed it under the 400

i bought the 400 because the guy at the hydro store told me it would work way way better than the 3 100s i was using, less electricity and more light

3X3X5 closet with 400 watt hps and you can probably use the flourescents for side lighting.....fit maybe 6-plants.....

right now im using the 400 above, and 2 100 watt hps lamps for side lighting.im wondering if i could add the other 100 hps to it and use all 6 floro t8 4 ft lights or is that overkill. would 6 4 ft floro t8 be enough to veg or would i get better results just using the hps to veg. i could use one 100 watt hps, and 6 4 ft floros with the 5 cfls as one closet space, then just move em over to the hps closet to flower? or am i gonna get weak ass plants because floros suck. one thing i noticed is these plants im growing under the 700 watts of hps. i have ten or 12 plants in there now. but they are all diff ages. its a pain in the ass moving everything around. but the hps gave me stems as thick as my thumb compared to the stems from the floros that were pencil, mabey marker thick.

use the fluorescents to veg them in a closet or the cabinets, then throw them under your 700 watts of hps to flower
