Help me solve this childhood nostalgia silhouette!

My brother is holding a childhood nnostalgia themed party, he is turning 21. He is holding a competition for whoever can solve the following silhouette puzzle. What the hell is this? I've tried cigarretes, deck of cards, zelda sprites, cartoon logos etc. It's so damn frustrating. Much love to whoever gets it.

I don't know man, getting mad baked with power rangers and pokemon sounds pretty fun to me. But maybe i'm just immature.
Anyway, it ended up being connector pens. I'll post the next one up when he does it.
 
kinda made me think of eurekas castle but im sure it has nothin to do with it. no other clues? just "childhood themed"? picnic time.....
 
It is a Bubble O Bill ice cream. Not sure if you guys have these in the states. His nose is bubblegum! :D

We got something like them.I haven't seen one in a while though.

Not on for a bit, he has the event posted on facebook and adds pictures and shit to encourage people to dress up for it. :D
I should turn up in a white van bearing candy. LOL.
