thats good, they only need a little juice during veg growth, during flower u should start giving it a bit more and gradually increase the potency of the solution u got over the first two weeks of 12/12 bt just a little at a time, best thing is if u can find a place to put her wher she'll be in complete darkness for those 12h, anywher would due bt some fresh air from time to time will be needed. wen u start flowering leev the plant in total darkness for the first 24h the first day and then begin the 12/12 this will bigin the plants flowering stage. after the 2weeks u should hav signs of sex so if female then double the potency of solution and keep feeding her as usual until about 2weeks before she completes flowering then just feed her water and if u can some phosphorus in small doses. lastly what u gotta remember is ur plant will increase size by about double during flowering bt if it gets too big then topping and fimming may be handy or LST. and then ther is a chance it could be a male...so far 4of my plants wich hav stretched as yours hav and had minimal internode growth hav turned out male cuz of the stress, less stress a plant gets = increased chance of female. bt it didnt stop me cuz i found that out and now im hoping for my 2nd female ever soon so its all trial and error dude, u just gota find what works for u and stick to it. Best of luck, looking forward to the progress.

hey norm if ya look at what i had before this is a crazy improvment
Yes it is... Sry havent been around for a couple days but glad to see you have some decent lights. I can tell u have 1 daylight and 1 soft white which is why I suggested daylight you can really tell the dif. When you get your next check I would suggest replacing the soft white bulbs with 200W daylight if they have them near u. 200W per 1 1/2-2 plants is sufficient just remember to keep em within 1-3" from the tops of the plants and they will stop stretchin and be even happier. Still keep the soft whites though they are better for flowering because they are red spec where the daylight is blue spec.
The new soilless mix is looking good too... a lot of vermiculite but a lot better than MG. the vermic means you'll prob have to watch water more cause they might dry out a lil faster. And slowly add the nutes every other watering since you still have some residual from the MG.
The question you got b4 about replacements, they were talkin about the new bulbs (daylight cfls) and to answer their question, yes it means equivelent to 100W or replacement to a 100W incandesent.

BTW- this was written by me on the 16th about which lights you should get very 1st page of the journal.... a little time in rereadinggoes a long way and saves some money... but your def on your way to doing it right:

um.... dude what kinda light u got?????
You say its a small growing light but um... not to be mean or anything but you might get a bud off that plant... You really need some more light if its cost your worried about go get some CFLs 200 Watt daylight blue spec (not soft white) u'll be much better off. $6.00 bucks max
and Manik.... when I posted that here about the personal info, other ppl would have noticed regardless if I said something or not and those ppl would not have said anything I posted here on the thread because clowdy was online and was reading this thread most likley so he would get it faster rather than the next time he logged on.

but i was looking in rockeys where i got those lights and everything else and they didnt have any 200w ones the biggest one they had was like a 150w and it looks way bigger then the ones im using now so when i get my money ill get like 5 or6 of them and pray they are daylight ones too.and the last seed cracked and a root came out today so i planted itwaiting for things to sprout now.
and the smalle plany keeps geting new leafs coming out the top now but the bottom leafs are turning yellow not looking good.
and whta happened earlier i tried to get on this page and it wouldnt let me.did it time out or something thats what it said weired

was happening to me too...(everyone) server down or adding something etc. you will know if they are daylight...also look for sunlight same basic thing dif name. Lumens is what to look 4. look at ur daylight bulb pack if u still have it something like 6500k on the light spectrum and 2300k Lumens...the more lumens the brighter. You can get by with 100 or 150w u just need more. A lot of ppl think its the wattage plants like because its associated with lumens but its really the lumens and spectrum of light that they use wattage is just the energy the light uses. for instance a 600w HPS light system puts out around 99k lumens where a 1000W puts out around 200K lumens or more (rough estimates) but a 1000W light system puts chrages 45 cents per KW (killowat) and a 600W respectivley without getting to tech on watts and killowatts what I am trying to say is if both put out the same amount of lumens everyone would/should buy the 600W because they would be using less energy ie. spending less money on the electric bill. another thing to take into account would be the size of the plant area 600W can do up to a 7X7 ft area where 1000 can do up to around 10x10...

all the above is dealing with HPS and not CFL but is still in perspective, I flower with HPS and veg with CFL daylight or around 2800 lumens or 6500k on the light scale. strictly for yielding purposes.

nute burn or deficiency...cant tell without more info. Node spacing is looking loads better more vegging at the top definatley. Dont worry too much about lower leaves falling off they will do that from time to time....but do check the PH of your water, not to be funny but since your mom gardens a lil see if she has a PH tester around so u dont have to go buy one and check ur water PH levels... also ur pots look really wet hopefully u just watered and snapped a few off right b4 posting em cause almost looks like u have standing water on the surface of ur soil, hopefully u have adeqate drain holes in those pots.

no she don hava ph tester i would of already tested it
i do have ok holes maybe it is too much water
i wont give it water for a couple days then
and ya the leafs are really comin in aloton this 1 and hte big 1
they are comin quicker like no stretching like before i really see the dif with the new lights and plus 1 of the seedlings spouted too so now im going to have to stick the lights close to thatit should come out better then the others
it sucks i have to wait till next monday to get my next check im just going to start to flower the 12incher just so i have more lights i can use for the other ones till next week when i could buy more lights and more hanging light sockets and spliters and a ph tester.right now ive been useing tap water i try to leave it out for a day though to delute the chrolorine and get it room temp in the closet.

just water when soil is dry to the touch (about an inch down) and ur prob gonna have to tie that 12" up so it wont break on u should it get a bud (the stem is really weak) wont get any real side shut buds cause there arent any extra branch leaves I can see forming yet. good luck on that 1.

where the nodes are there are like stick or u could say branch things spikeing out of them now growing cuase of the better light but who knows how long they are going to take to grow them i could always cut the 12incher on the stem and try to get it to root again from where i cut it just to make the hole plant smaller then just let it grow again and better.u think thats wise to do or just go for the flowering?if u want a pic of the 12incher and the growth im talking about ill take a couple let me know ill have them up real quick

no need for pics... I think I saw it a couple days ago (last time u posted) personally if it were me I would keep vegging it less ur wanting like a dimer off it. You can veg plants indefinatley and they will thicken and yield more when ready.... or you could start to flower and always throw it back into veg if you want to see how it would be doing...
What u may or may not know is, you get 1 main khola and a bunch of little side buds from those shutes...so basically if you dont hav developed side shutes yet they arent going to yeild much and your main isnt either... if you want more yield then wait til she sexes on her own and wait til she gets bushier you already have a lot better start so cloning might not work out if the clone doesnt make it... or...

You could wait 1-2 more weeks... top it so it doesnt get to be 12 ft tall use the topping as a clone and then you will get a couple main kholas from the topped or bottom portion of the plant... but this will slow down growth on both. hope that made sence... but like I said u have a better thing going throwing it into flower is gonna be a waste IMHO... less u are gonna reveg before harvesting (this too will slow down growth)

i dont know man, if you go to the FAQ it has a list of pictures and what the problem is to go with it.... as for the huge fan leaf on one side it looks like the elephant man ahha... but its maybe caused by the lights not being balanced? idk really im not a botanist.... yet

na that that big oe thats just cuase of the angle i took it at
im talking about the small leaf the newer leaf near that big 1 or right on it
whats wrong with it and i looked at growfaq from the purple stem at the top and other reasons i guess i think it could be sulphur deficiency so gave it some food that has polymer-coated sulfur-coated urea plus a bunch of other stuff.
sence its not a mix that goes in water i droped some around the soil and watered it.pray that helpsand it dont get worse.
