Are you just trying to ignore the fact that you have an obvious pest problem? I would say it's safe to assume that is bug shit considering the sheer volume of larvae on that leaf. Even if it is fungus one probably led to the other and they both need to be dealt with.

The white stuff inside the circles you drew on the pictures is small bugs, and the black stuff i dont know.

Based on the different sugestions in this tread i guess its bug poo, but am not 100% sure

But the big question to make a conclution i think is what kind of bugs are the white small creatures?

Can you take some new clear pics of the bugs or are they gone?
I'm curious what the bugs are. Look like some type of larvae but we need better pics.
