Help Me Identify a Bug Please (Photos)

What is this bug? It flies!

An ant? Baby cockroach?

I noticed it after I used some dry seaweed mix.

does it have wings? i don't see any from the pics but you said it flies so i assume it must...

have you only see that one?

At this point I am not sure. I have had bugs before but they were harmless to my plant. Reason this is getting attention is that some of my leaves have dark green spots on them and was wondering if the two are connected.
 
there is a site called whats that bug im sure you can log in for free and if you get a picture that wasnt taken in the dark under overcast raining blurry and on a phone that was made in the eighties you could post it and find out

Looks like some sort of winged ant.
