Help me design my herb garden

Ok so I'm working with 133"L × 33"W. 33 SQFT. It's basically a long plot in front of my window. I'm looking for herbs and small plants that won't be a hassle. Any suggestions?

No!

I would say no because you could be living in Antarctica and be unable to grow anything and just making fun of all of us.

You also might be a terrorist looking to grow dangerous herbs to use against peace loving America (home of the fucking brave).
