No one 8inch 800cfm is sufficient to keep 2x 1000w cool as long as you do the duck work correctly.

sounds good ill be checkin this one out. i'm at about 6-9 hundred so far on mine, always looking at other peoples though to see the different methods and ways of doing things because there is many and i want to learn

As i just re-read the whole post, you will need a more than 32gal res if you intend to flood the table. A 4x8 table full of water barely 6inches needs about 70gal.
But that's an empty table. With some medium it's gonna require little less. But still more than 32gal.
