Help me decide which college to attend.

I am interested in moving to a marijuana friendly state. I am a little low on funds so my goal is to apply for a college and live a little while on the loans until I get settled in. I would like to go to a place with very nice scenic view, such as Colorado. I imagine the closest I can get to learning about marijuana in school would be by taking botany courses.

What are your opinions or personal experiences? My goal is to find my way Into the medical marijuana industry.

1) Decide on a specialty that will work even when the MMJ movement is consigned to history.
2) Select the most prestigious college that combines these things:
teaches that major
you can afford it
you got in
it's in a part of the country you want to settle
