Help me choose this or that..2 led lights

Hello everyone. I'm planning my next grow, and its my first time entering the led realm. What turned me on to them is lower power consumption and cooler temperatures. I'm torn between 2 panels from Top LED Grow Light

I'm Torn between the 96x3 and the 144x3 reflector series

The tent this will be inside is 3 feet by 2 feet and 6 feet high, and I want to scrog 3 plants. I have a 4 inch inline 170 cfm fan.

Do you think the 144x3 will be overkill/heat up too much in the tent? I want the 144x3 but I want to make sure I wont burn my plants in that space

Personally would go with the hans 150w led panel, same basic design(reflectors instead of secondary lenses) with much more efficient chips=== more yield

Way too small for that space, would need two of them to be truly where you want to be I think

so you guys are saying the 144x3 is not powerfull enough? for a 3x2?
