Help me choose a few mothers

Hey Guys,

I have alot of aspirations for this grow season and am looking for a little advice on choosing a mother. I have alot to choose from so I'm looking for anyone with experience on finishing times mainly. I have one of each of the following seeds and won't have the room to start all of them now but want to get a head start. I won't be able to think about putting them outside for atleast two months from now and have other plans for Dr. Greenthumb strains but for now I'm looking to start three to veg and take a few clones. I have one of each of the following, Reserva privada OG Kush, OG 18, Kandy kush, Sour kush, Cannalope kush and burmese kush. These are all freebies, as they are all kush and the flowering time varies I'm a little unsure which to choose. Plants must be pulled by the last week of september where I'm from. Any advice? Cheers

Don't pick anything until you've gotten them through full veg, take a clone (or 10) from each, then flower out the original. Look for flavor, smell, node spacing, root system development, and various other factors before you select which you want to keep.. don't just pick by name and expect it to be 100% uniform.

I have a great idea! Why not grow out all the strains as mother plants, have one or two cuttings as mother plants for each strain. Its a win, win. The more mother plants you have, the less cuttings you have to take off each plant. Having more mothers will allow you to start cutting more clones earlier, as opposed to waiting forever for one or two mother plants to grow big enough to take multiple cuttings from. And in the long run, it would be a better option, think to next winter, stretched back in a lazy boy recliner, by the wood stove, smoking your personal hard earned stash while its storming outside. Wouldnt it be nice to have options, Instead of only having one kind of weed, you could have six kinds of weed, you could constantly swap it up, get bored of one kind, switch to another.
