Help me build CXB3590 LED LIGHT DIY

Is better run lights on less or more MW LED drivers?

Hi guys, I'm new member here but I 've read forum before.
I run some shitty chinese led and I already run out of patience and have decided to try build my own and powerful lights.

Design and colors are on image in attachement - I decided do it with 8xCXB3590

My questions are:
1. What's the most W I can get from 8pcs of these leds?
2. What's ideal W I should get from them? Is good running LEDs on 100%?
3. Is better run them on less pcs of HLG-185H-C1400(B) or more pcs of HLG-185H-C700(B) MW LED drivers? (or does it exist anything better?)
4. What about this heatsink- is it enough if I give one heatsink for one light?
5. Is 8 pcs enough for 1.4x1.4m?

im sure someone will answer you there really cool here im in similar boat im interested what replys u get
but for what i understand its not about the Wattage anymore thats old skool, its about the light reflect or sth,
some quotes i was given that may help too :)
''I wouldn't go with 4000ºk...3500ºk have more red and enough blue...4000ºk do not have enough red imo!''
efficient keep it at 30w sq/ft. 1 COB sq/ft is looking ideal.''
4cxb 3590 3500ºk 36V CD @1400mA on an hlg-185-1400b
If you want 33w from the cxb 3590 you will need to drive them @1050mA...they are 23w @700mA
You can put five of the 36v on an hlg-185-1050b or 6 on the 240-1050b...!
But if you grow tall plant you will definitely need reflector or lens!

(this is not my work just what i learn here)

1.4A is the typical from the CXB3590
If you drive them harder its fine they will take it, but IMO the best reason to use cob over HPS s the efficiency gains. The gains are increased the lower power they receive.
I like the design you have with the cobs., another way to use 8 cobs is 3 rows

No cob in center, it will get plenty of light stil

Anyone who knows the answers on my other questions?

bassman999: is lifetime of leds decreased because of driving them hard? I see lots of people go for efficiency gains, but what I'm trying to achieve is as biggest as possible yield on same big area.

You can get up to 1050W from 8 CXB3590s. Not that I'd recommend it. The softer you run them, the more efficient they are and better distributed the light is.

If you want to get maximum out of your space, you either have to buy more 3590s or increase current. I'd stick with 1400mA current and get 12 3590s. If you really want to max it out, you might even consider 16 COB setup.

These are rated at 85*C and at 2100mA I believe.
I dont know anyone that had these long enough to relay actual life span.
