help light got to plant during flowering

my plant is in flowering and i forgot to close the door and light got to the plant for a lttle more than 1 hr, will i be ok

Resume with 12 hours of full darkness to play it safe.

I wouldn't worry, but if it happens too often you could end up with a hermie.

Once you should be fine but if this happens too many time you will end up with hermies.

if its direct light on your plants its not good. natrual light for that amount of time will not hurt your plant at all. FACT

it was natural light, like dim light
