You need to scrape the nasty dark colored perlite off the surface. That is nitrogen toxicity which in turn effects your PH and locks your plant out from getting nutrients. That's a big part of your problem... The plant is in really bad shape. You need to properly flush that plant with a lot of water that is PH'ed between 6.2-6.8.
He needs to flush his system first, look at those plants and look at the perlite sitting on the surface. His plant is not receptive to nutrients because the PH has been altered because of the buildup of nitrogen on the surface of the soil. He needs to get water in that soil that is the correct PH before he does anything else. And I hardly usually ever recommend flushing.
Thanks for the help. The problem started about a week ago. I have not started feeding with nutes yet just fox farms soil. I am worried if I flush it then the nutes in the soil are going to make it worse. Any thoughts?
