Help. leafs

ok i can ge a pic but what will cause the leafs to like almost dry out and crumble its starting form the bottom of the plant and workin its way up slowly.
i did have a overwatering issue but its almost all figured out could these be becauze i overwatered or now that the plant could be underwaterd.

also i had to trans plant to a soil that had alot more perlite to help with the soil dring out 40%perlite/60%soil.

temps are like perfect but im not 100% sure because i can look all the time.

sounds like an over watering problem.... I havnt grew yet so really I shouldnt have an oppinion but I have read and searched a lot and hopefully nxt month I will be growing!

thanks but i want someone that can for sure answer it idk if you got to see the pic i add b4 you posted but anyways check it out its the lowest leaf and only about 1/2 the tip of it, so im hopin somthing like this if ther is a prob witch why wouldnt ther be to get fixed.

Thats one sad looking plant mate, how hot is it in there, do you have a fan blowing on it? looks like to much heat, and some over watering.

it isnt that high just over 80* at most um yea overwatered for sure its been in the new soil mix for about 2 1/2 days now , so you think that browning is to much heat. or both overwater/heat. ido have an exhaust fan that runs mostly all the time besides lights out. i guess my temps could be getting hotter if you beleave thats the prob. just wanna figure it out and hope she/he can make it.



also should i stll be laying off the water the soil reading with my mositure meter still reads about 2-3 witch is the end of red so i let it dry out even more and then let it sit for like 2 days some what dry . im a noob so ...... i need help im still learning
