help, leaf not growing

my plant is about a week old and its doing pretty well, exept for one of the leaves.
the two spiked leaves are growing really well.
one of the other leaves isnt growing much at all. i use flo lights and leave them on 24 hours a day.
help please

do you still have green leaves on the plant. if its just one leaf thats not growing then i would just wait and see what happens. pics would help

Are you using bagseed? I ask because I'm currently growing a few bagseeds along with my clones.. and for some reason a couple of plants burned off the leaf before fully growing in..but all the rest of the leaves are fine! I say wait it out! Also, you're not talking about those first little pedals or whatever are you?(not doubting your intelligence..) keep safe, good luck, PEACE

one of them is growing fine but the other isnt.
ill do my best to take pics, if i can find the cable
