Oh, I read it as he added 1/2 tsp per liter.
Perhaps I misinterpreted what he wrote?

yes it was one litre of water, 1/2 tea spoon of "phostrogen", that the name of the fertilizer, its worth four bucks

yes but it is a shitty fertilizer,
Does not matter how shitty the fert is - you need to flush, you have massively over-dosed them (at least 5x, but my guess is something like 10x plus).

every two days or so, when the first two cm of soil is dry, do you think it is watering issue?
For that size pot it sounds reasonable - always water when they "Need" it, not on any set schedule.

its nute burn, im no genious to figure that out, you gave them way too much fert for such young plants. they shouldnt even need ANY nutes if your grow medium is 1/2 way decent should provide them with all they need.
learn to follow directions shitty fert or not, flush them and start over without any nutes till 6 in tall then just give 1/2 of recomended dosage.
you probally just set yourself back 2 weeks ODing your plants, right now you should be lettign thier root system develope so you can transplant them into thier final grow container without worrying about stressing them out
