Your clawing should be gone by today . But clawing is a sign of excess nitrogen which isn't your problem or wind burn which might fit your problem I don't know if you have a fan directly on them. Far as yellow spots that could be anything because your not feeding them which I tilt my hat to you for that but when you told yourself you wasn't going to feed them you also was suppose to tell yourself you still need nutrients. Because your method is harder because you waiting for the deficiency to show and you have to address the deficiency immediately before it gets worst but you have to first know how to identify the deficiency you having. So I recommend if money is tight go to a local garden store and get some basic start, veg, bloom nutrients but general hydroponics are cheap on Amazon for about 20 bucks can get the basic trip to finish the grow and give them a light feed when it arrives . Amazon ship 3days anywhere in U.S so
It is my first grow I do have a fan in the tent that's blowing but I'm using it to get the humidity down in the tent I'm going now to buy some bloom at my local store

That is a one part nutrient meaning you'll need to buy the other part(floranova grow).but wat stage are your plants in 3/4 weeks ? The plants still need nitrogen during the Flowering process due to the extra vegatative growth known as the Flowering stretch that can last sometimes 4/5 weeks. To be honest it looks like your plants are past that phase but encountered a nitrogen deficiency getting thru the Flowering stretch without any nitrogen . And I can't really see but on the last picture it looks like a nitrogen deficiency at the bottom of the plant which is where Mobile deficiencies like nitrogen start and I see the leaves starting to fade alittle in 2nd picture but I could be wrong about this nitrogen deficiency and would recommend you researching nitrogen deficiency and determine that for yourself because you are there with the plants . Now with that being said if it's not early stages of a nitrogen deficiency than you should be ok with just the bloom although I'm not 100percent sure because your plants has never had nutrients . But I recommend buying the floranova grow especially if they recommend it because it's not worth having a deficiency this far into flower
Goodluck

Also if you don't defoliate the Bottom of the plant for me do it for the plant lol . All jokes aside it looks like and nest for insects . You gotta defoliate the Bottom of that plant to help light reach those bud site at the bottom

My plant is an autoflower it's almost 10 weeks old I heard you shouldn't cut the leafs if it's an autoflower that's why I haven't cleared up the bottom yet

Oh I didn't know you had a auto-flower. Whoaaaaa you gotta watch that nutrient thing. People say don't defoliate but there's a line between defoliating and pulling a few leaves off and pulling a few leaves of won't hurt but they're right defoliating will stress her out.
