From what I can read and tell. It looks like it might be variegation. It’s only on fan leaves. And just a few now. Should I cut those off or should I just leave them?

never heard of it but it's a thing, i don't think it's anything to worry about unless its a virus as explained here

weirdly i can't find a fix

Just leave it be, i cannot tell you for sure what it is, but i can tell you I see it occasionally, maybe one leaf on an entire plant will have an odd leaf but it doesn't get worse or cause any negative effects to an otherwise healthy plant.

There’s several fans that have the discoloration but only on one blade of each of those fans really. Strains a femmed blue cheese from seed. I have another one blue chees next tonit and some of the lower fans have a few white spots coming up but no deformation of the leaves though. 47168054-7B2F-4781-B912-A4AD68AC0B98.jpegThis is the other blue cheese
