Can you flip them over and look at the roots in the bottom? what is room temps, what is humidity? what is the "roots" temperature? Looks like your roots were drowning. What you are seeing is symptoms on your leaves, not what's causing it. Cal&mag are symptom fixes. Do you see where I am coming from? I'm not trying to be a "turd". lol
If you don't figure out what it is, it will just happen again. We can tell you how to fix it, but it might be wrong.
By looking at all your plants, all the new tops are healthy and pointing skyward.

looks like Mg (yellowing) and Ca(rust spots) to me

i'd foliar spray with cal/mg and then again 12 hrs later.

You shouldn't have deficiencies in coco if the nutrients you use have what the plants need. I see many people having issues using these fancy "coco" specific nutrients. They are obviously lacking in what the plants need. I'd change nutrients rather than chasing problems. All you really need to grow in coco is calcium nitrate, a micronutrient blend, and some MKP. These nutrient companies and their overpriced products are the scourge of cannabis growing. How they can sell a product for the prices they do that doesn't have what the plants need is ridiculous.

Your plants look short on Mg...Epson Salt is your friend. Remember coco hogs up Mg and Ca...so you have to provide enough, both for the coco to hold on to and enough to get to the plant. Also keep in mind, just because you're short on Mg does not mean you're short on Ca...in other words, CalMag isn't always your best bet, especially when your plant only needs one of the elements; adding more of something that isn't needed, isn't any better than not providing. Use Epsom for your Mg and Cal. Nitrate for your calcium...whatever you do, don't sweat it; your plants will recover fine. Good luck

Agreed and well said.

That EC might be a bit low. Whats your starting EC of your tap water?
.9 is only around 500 - 700 ppm depending on the scale.
I'd also bring that pH up a bit to 6 or 6.2 and make sure you get some run off when you water.
5.8 is more of a no media/water based hydro guideline.

Transplant them .... you are spending too much time trying to correct a handful worth of medium.

Roots would be circled by now in those cups.
