Found a bunch of these on my sticky traps in my veg room. Some of my moms are turning yellow on the bottom and I suspect it’s from these pests. It’s a winged insect, the weird thing is I don’t see any “normal” thrips damage signs on the leaves. Any help would be appreciated!
