HELP! I think I'm ready to harvest!...

Any help is appreciated.

I think I'm ready to harvest. All of the triches are cloudy w/ a few amber, which is what I want for the cerebral high.

Problem is (maybe it's not a problem) that only about half of the hairs are orange and receding, and none of the leaves have yellowed.

Is that a concern at all?

Thanks guys.

dude I saw ur pics and I would say it wasn't even close then (2-3 weeks)... you'll lose alot of weight if you harvest in the next few days. I'd weight it out another week or two. Mine are further along then urs and Im giving them another week, also looking for the head high. Check out zues's take on harvesting.

as much as I know you hate to hear it, I would have to agree to let it go longer. I would say at the earliest harvest her in about a week, but if you have the patience let her go another 2-3 weeks as stated above. Judging by those pictures in your earlier post which was on 9/29. Are you checking your trichomes with your lights on because if you are they may look amber but are actually clear as day...

Thanks guys.. I'm looking with the light from my little scope I got from Radio Shack. I'm not seeing any clear ones, that's the only reason I ask.

I have all the patience in the world, so, time isn't a huge concern. I just want to make sure I harvest before it hits that "couchlock" stage, ya know?

Thanks again.

I noticed in your other thread that the lower buds are almost all amber, yet your colas are still not quite ready.... Unfortunately, I cannot give you a direct answer on when to harvest, but perhaps for your next grow, consider using a SCROG for an even canopy. I am almost positive someone else here would be able to help you with your "couchlock conundrum" ... Best of luck with the remainder of your grow.

well if you dont want the couchlock high then harvest a bit earlier, maybe one week from now. It is YOUR plant so harvest whenver your feel like it just make sure you dry it and then cure it for atleast a week because it really does make a HUGE difference in the high it gives you. I am kicking myself in the ass for smoking alot of my bud before letting it cure first.

Thanks. I just like getting other people's opinions on what's up seeing as how this is my first grow.

I suppose another week will do!

Thanks for your input man!
